In addition to live support 24 hours a day, Inteliglobe provides support via our trouble-ticket Web site, available online. Our help desk system allows you to track the status of submitted requests, post follow-up notes and correspond with help desk operators in a bulletin board fashion. The trouble-ticket Web site can be accessed at http://ttickets.inteliglobe.net. You will need a username and a password to be able to login and open or track a trouble ticket.
Our customers also have access to Inteliglobe's portal. The Inteliglobe Portal is a secure Web site for Inteliglobe partners and customers. If you are a current partner or customer you can utilize this Web site to obtain information about current services, updates, installation and user documentation, sales and marketing materials and much more. |
